2. The system will automatically perform the SSH key generation process. If you are not familiar with this process, please avoid performing customized SSH key operations on your own.
3. After the virtual machine is created successfully, the system will immediately send a message containing the SSH key username to your registered email address.
4. The system automatically generates SSH public keys, and you can conveniently view and manage these SSH public keys through the console after the virtual machine is successfully created.
5. Due to certain internal processes, accessing the console may require a wait of tens of seconds, up to a maximum of one minute, for successful access.
6. After performing any console operation, it is recommended to refresh the page to ensure the validity of the next operation and to ensure the continuity of the operation flow, otherwise the operation may fail.
7. After the data transfer volume reaches the pre-allocated upper limit, our management system will automatically execute a forced shutdown procedure and stop the relevant server instances. If the customer renews the service in time before the start of the next billing cycle, the system will automatically reactivate and start the server instance to ensure the continuation of the customer's business. It is important to note that even if the data transfer limit has been reached, we will not delete the server instance immediately. The system will delete the server instance only if the customer does not continue to renew. This approach is designed to give customers sufficient time and opportunity to manage their services and avoid unexpected data loss or business interruption.
